The BLK Nile Refund and Returns Policy

Please use this refund and returns policy as guidance. Individual sellers/vendors have set their own return policies, please look under their store page before buying.

Our refund and returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, show no signs of wear and tear, and be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags attached ( if applicable).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, athletic or designer shoes per vendor policies, or designer purses cannot be returned unless approved by the seller or vendor . This is due to health concerns and authenticity factors. We also do not accept returns on products that are intimate such as underwear, shapewear or bathing suits, or any sanitary goods. No hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases can be sold.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a invoice and proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or seller without receiving written approval of a possible refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery if approved by The BLK Nile.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notification of the approval or rejection of your refund with explanation.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days of refund approval. For 3rd party payment methods such as Klarna, Affirm, Venmo, etc. please contact them in regard to payment processing.

If you haven’t received an approved refund, please check your email for notification on whether your refund was approved or not.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted outside of The BLK Nile processing times.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted on their end that is out of the control of The BLK Nile.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] for resolution.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email contact the seller or vendor direct. Please view their individual store policies as they may have return/refund policies in place.

To return your product, you should contact the vendor direct.

Unfortunately due to third party shipping, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund as administrative buyback fees.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning expensive or designer items with prior approval from the vendor, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if the item is not properly tracked.

Membership Refunds /Downgrades:

If you choose to downgrade your current subscription, your number of product capabilities will immediately be downgraded as well. All membership plans are prorated, therefore if you upgrade, your subscription amount will go towards your upgraded package.

There are no refunds for canceling your monthly listing subscription. All plans run continuously until either upgraded, downgraded or cancelled.
